Acceptable Use Policy

1. Prohibited activities

You must not use the Service to:

• break any applicable law or regulation, or infringe anyone's rights;
• generate, store or distribute unlawful, defamatory, harassing, or fraudulent content;
• create child sexual abuse material or any content that sexualises minors;
• produce content that promotes violence, terrorism, or self-harm, or that incites hatred against a protected group;
• generate malware, exploit code, or instructions intended to cause damage or gain unauthorised access to systems;
• attempt to obtain regulated advice (legal, medical, financial) for onward provision as if it were professional advice;
• infringe intellectual property rights or misappropriate trade secrets.

2. Platform integrity

You must not:

• probe, scan or test the vulnerability of the Service without our written permission;
• circumvent authentication, rate limits, token allowances, or other access controls;
• share, sell or transfer your account, login credentials or Technology Certificate;
• use bots, scrapers or automated means to access the Service in a way that places an unreasonable load on it;
• reverse engineer or attempt to extract the underlying models or source code, except where the law permits.

3. Responsible use of AI output

AI-generated output may be inaccurate or incomplete. You are responsible for reviewing it before relying on or distributing it, and you must not present AI output as professional advice or in a way that deceives others about its origin.

4. Reporting misuse

If you become aware of any use of the Service that breaches this AUP, please report it to support@nexus-ai.app.

5. Enforcement

We may investigate suspected breaches and may remove content, suspend or terminate accounts, or take other action we consider appropriate, including notifying the relevant authorities. Where possible we will act proportionately and, where appropriate, give you an opportunity to address the issue.

6. Changes

We may update this AUP from time to time. The latest version will always be available on this page.
